USING YOUR PLAZMATIC X

TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR PLAZMATIC X

Please note that some Plazmatic X lighters have a single indicator light, while other Plazmatic X lighters have dual indicator lights.


CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

If your Plazmatic X lighter has a single indicator light...

Use the micro-to-USB cable that came with your Plazmatic X.

  1. When the battery is low, plug the micro end of the cable into the bottom of your Plazmatic X, and the USB end into a USB port on your computer or a USB power adapter.
  2. An indicator light will turn on (this may take up to 20-30 minutes) indicating that your Plazmatic X is charging.
  3. Once the indicator light turns off, remove the Plazmatic X from its charger; it is now fully charged.

If your Plazmatic X lighter has dual indicator lights...

Use the micro-to-USB cable that came with your Plazmatic X.

  1. When the indicator lights change from blue to red during use, the battery on your Plazmatic X is low.

  2. Plug the micro end into the micro port on the bottom of your Plazmatic X, and the USB end into a USB port on your computer or a USB power adapter.

  3. After 20-30 minutes of charging, the blue indicator light will turn on, indicating that your Plazmatic X is charging.

  4. Once the blue indicator light turns off, remove the Plazmatic X from its charger; it is now fully charged.


CHILD SAFETY LOCK

If your Plazmatic X lighter has dual indicator lights, it is equipped with a Child Safety Lock.

PLEASE NOTE: Some Plazmatic X lighters may arrive with the Child Safety Lock activated. The lock will need to be deactivated before the lighter can be used. To properly operate the child safety lock, follow the steps below:

  1. To activate Child Safety Lock, press ignition button three times rapidly. Red indicator light will flash three times. Your Plazmatic X is now locked and will not ignite until unlocked.

  2. To de-activate Child Safety Lock, press ignition button three times rapidly. Blue indicator light will flash three times. Your Plazmatic X is now unlocked.


CLEANING YOUR PLAZMATIC X

Your Plazmatic X may not function properly if it’s not cleaned from time to time.

  1. Make sure the lighter is OFF.

  2. Use a q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean off the four prongs that create the dual heat beams. Allow for the prongs to COMPLETELY DRY before using. 


USER WARNINGS

  • Use AWAY from face, body, clothing, metallic, and flammable materials.
  • DO NOT touch the Plazmatic X dual heat beams at any time.
  • DO NOT expose Plazmatic X to direct sunlight, high temperature environments, water, or any liquids.
  • Use ONLY in well-ventilated areas.
  • Plazmatic X IS NOT A TOY. Keep away from children as you would with other lighters.

BATTERY

Your Plazmatic X contains no user-serviceable parts. DO NOT attempt to open, modify, or disassemble your Plazmatic X or remove, crush, puncture the battery in your Plazmatic X, expose it to high temperatures or liquids. Disassembling your Plazmatic X may damage it, or may cause injury to you, and voids the limited warranty.

The lithium-ion battery in your Plazmatic X should be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.

When the product reaches the end of its life, please dispose of it according to your local environmental guidelines and laws.

USING YOUR PLAZMATIC VEO

DOUBLE-CLICK IGNITION

To operate your Veo, press the ignition twice in quick succession, holding on the second press.

Veo is equipped with a double-click ignition to prevent it from operating when you want it to.


LED LIGHT INDICATORS

The integrated LED light indicators all you to track battery usage. The LED lights can be read as follows:


CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

1. When the LED power meter drops to one blue light, the battery on your Plazmatic Veo is low. To charge, use the micro-to-USB cable that came with your Plazmatic Veo.

2. Plug the micro end of the charging cable into the micro port on the bottom of your Plazmatic Veo, and the USB end into the USB port on your computer or a USB power adapter.

3. After approximately 60 - 75 minutes, all 5 LEDs (4 blue and 1 red) will be illuminated and solid. This indicates that your Plazmatic Veo is fully charged.


CLEANING YOUR VEO

Your Veo may not funtion properly if it's not cleaned from time to time.

1. Make sure the lighter is OFF.

2. Use Plazmatic Super Cleaning Swabs (available at Plazmatic.com) or a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to clean off the four prongs that create the dual heat beams.

3. Be sure to also swab the housing unit, as it should be free of debris.

4. Allow for your Plazmatic Veo to COMPLETELY DRY before using.
